Rules & Regulations For Passenger Transfer In France Part 3 – International CPC Courses

During our stay in Morzine, it was obvious how much the town relies on the Ski Industry. To lose the ability to bring your clients to your Chalet would break your business, ending up in embarrassing situations including clients left at the airport, loss of revenue and damage to your reputation. A simple fix to this is to take on our Manager CPC in Passenger Transport, a ten-day course local to you and timed to suit your operation. Companies have been proactive but they are a small portion of the industry, contact us now to find out more. We have teamed up with The Chalet Host course you can opt to stay at the location, be fed and watered by one of their trained Chefs and gain pointers on running a Chalet too. We are the first to offer this so why not consider some Continuing Professional Development and protect your business at the same time?

*Professional Reputation
Professional reputation means that the business owner, director and transport manager must have a clean criminal record and must not have any fines or tickets for speeding, dangerous driving or related offences. Non-residents or people who have been resident for less than 5 years in France will have to justify this situation by providing a clean criminal record from their country of residence, or previous country of residence in the last 5 years.

The EU has been made smaller by this requirement, it used to be a case of “What Goes on Tour Stays on Tour” now it is not the case. All the Countries speak with each other; community authorisation is in play and people are not declaring at the point of application.

Why not read about a new 10-mile exemption for section 19 & 22 permit holders, for the requirement to hold an O-Licence.
